Kati Community Primary School

Kati School has student numbers between 250 and 300 and is also the base for the Rural Email Station and new Distance Learning Centre and is located on the shores of Graciosa Bay a short walk from the town centre of Lata. The Principal of the School, Lionel Vaonelva is the main stay behind the Village Poultry Keeping Training and Wild Chicken Research and Conservation Program. His daughter Tina was the former Email Centre operator and is now the Manager of the Distance Learning Centre. During 2007 many of the students at Kati School had an email penpal link with an Australian School.   view gallery
