Russell's Past Experience Wrote and published the biography of a Roviana Lagoon Chief. Helped establish an Adult Learning Centre at Munda. Developed and published the village chicken improvement program. Exported day old chickens and ducklings to the Solomons Agriculture Dept. My training programs have been utilized by the local NGO, Kastom Gaden to successfully reach more than 200 rural students across the Solomons. I take a small amount of credit for the fact that improved rural banking activities which I suggested to prominent Solomon Islanders more than ten years ago as well as more recently to RAMSI personnel have now been successfully adopted by the ANZ Bank.
